Punto banco is gambled on with eight decks in a shoe. Cards valued less than 10 are counted at face value while at the same time Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and A is 1. The higher of the two totals wins. Winning wagers on the bank payout nineteen to Twenty (even money minus a five percent rake. The Rake is tracked and paid off when you quit the game so be sure to have cash remaining before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pay 1:1. Winning wagers for tie typically pays eight to one but sometimes nine to one. (This is a bad bet as ties occur lower than 1 in every ten rounds. Be cautious of gambling on a tie. However odds are substantially better for 9:1 versus eight to one)
Wagered on properly baccarat gives pretty good odds, apart from the tie bet of course.
Punto Banco Strategy
As with all games baccarat banque has a few general false impressions. One of which is close to a absurdity in roulette. The past is not a harbinger of future events. Recording past outcomes on a page of paper is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.
