Punto Banco Regulations and Scheme

Baccarat Banque Standards

Baccarat banque is played with 8 decks in a dealer’s shoe. Cards below 10 are worth their printed number while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two hands of two cards are then given to the ‘house’ and ‘gambler’. The total for each hand is the sum of the cards, although the beginning number is dropped. For instance, a hand of five and six has a value of one (5 plus 6 equals eleven; drop the initial ‘1′).

A additional card may be given out using the following rules:

- If the gambler or bank gets a value of eight or 9, both players stay.

- If the player has 5 or less, he takes a card. Players holds otherwise.

- If the gambler stays, the house takes a card on 5 or less. If the gambler takes a card, a table is employed to see if the banker stands or takes a card.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The higher of the two totals wins. Winning bets on the house pay out 19 to 20 (equal money less a 5% rake. Commission are tracked and paid off when you leave the table so be sure to have funds left over before you head out). Winning wagers on the player pays 1:1. Winning wagers for a tie typically pays 8:1 but on occasion nine to one. (This is a awful wager as ties occur lower than 1 in every ten rounds. Be cautious of putting money on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for 9:1 versus eight to one)

Wagered on properly baccarat offers fairly good odds, apart from the tie wager of course.

Punto Banco Method

As with all games Baccarat has a handful of general myths. One of which is the same as a misconception in roulette. The past isn’t a harbinger of events yet to happen. Keeping track of past results at a table is a bad use of paper and an affront to the tree that surrendered its life for our paper desires.

The most established and possibly the most favorable method is the 1-3-2-6 plan. This tactic is used to pump up winnings and limit risk.

Begin by placing one dollar. If you succeed, add another to the two on the table for a grand total of three dollars on the second bet. If you win you will now have six on the table, take away four so you keep 2 on the 3rd wager. Should you win the 3rd round, add two on the 4 on the table for a total of 6 on the 4th wager.

If you do not win on the first bet, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the initial bet followed by a loss on the 2nd creates a hit of 2. Wins on the 1st 2 with a defeat on the third gives you with a gain of two. And wins on the initial 3 with a hit on the 4th means you break even. Succeeding at all 4 bets gives you with 12, a profit of ten. This means you will be able to give up the 2nd wager five instances for each favorable run of 4 rounds and still experience no loss.
