Baccarat Banque Policies and Plan

Punto Banco Codes

Baccarat is bet on with eight decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards below ten are counted at face value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is 1. Wagers are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the ‘bank’ and ‘gambler’. The value for each hand is the sum total of the 2 cards, however the beginning digit is dropped. For example, a hand of 5 and six has a total of one (five plus 6 = 11; drop the first ‘1′).

A third card can be given out depending on the rules below:

- If the gambler or banker has a total of 8 or nine, both players hold.

- If the gambler has 5 or lower, she takes a card. Players holds otherwise.

- If the player holds, the house takes a card on five or less. If the player hits, a guide is employed to see if the bank holds or takes a card.

Baccarat Odds

The bigger of the 2 hands wins. Winning wagers on the house payout 19 to 20 (even money minus a 5% commission. Commission are tracked and cleared out when you leave the table so be sure to have money around just before you quit). Winning bets on the gambler pays out at 1 to 1. Winning wagers for tie typically pays out at 8:1 but sometimes 9 to 1. (This is a poor bet as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every 10 rounds. Be wary of wagering on a tie. Although odds are substantially greater for 9:1 versus 8 to 1)

Bet on properly baccarat provides pretty decent odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Punto Banco Strategy

As with all games baccarat chemin de fer has some established myths. One of which is similar to a false impression in roulette. The past is not a harbinger of future events. Recording previous results on a sheet of paper is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our paper needs.

The most common and almost certainly the most successful plan is the 1-3-2-6 tactic. This plan is used to build up winnings and minimizing risk.

Start by wagering 1 unit. If you succeed, add 1 more to the two on the table for a grand total of three chips on the second bet. If you win you will have six on the table, pull off four so you keep two on the third round. Should you win the third bet, put down 2 on the four on the game table for a sum total of 6 on the fourth bet.

Should you don’t win on the initial round, you take a loss of one. A win on the initial wager followed by a loss on the second brings about a loss of two. Success on the initial 2 with a loss on the third provides you with a profit of two. And wins on the 1st three with a hit on the 4th means you experience no loss. Winning at all 4 wagers leaves you with twelve, a gain of ten. This means you will be able to lose the 2nd wager 5 instances for each favorable streak of 4 wagers and in the end, balance the books.
