Baccarat Banque Practices and Scheme

Punto Banco Standards

Punto banco is wagered on with eight decks in a shoe. Cards valued less than ten are valued at face value and with 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they simply represent the two hands that are dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then dealt to the ‘bank’ and ‘gambler’. The value for each hand is the total of the cards, although the first digit is dropped. For example, a hand of five and six has a total of 1 (5 plus 6 = eleven; ignore the 1st ‘1′).

A third card may be given out depending on the following rules:

- If the player or bank gets a score of eight or 9, both players hold.

- If the gambler has five or lower, she hits. Players otherwise hold.

- If the gambler stays, the banker takes a card on a total lower than 5. If the gambler takes a card, a chart is employed to determine if the bank stays or takes a card.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The greater of the two totals wins. Winning bets on the banker payout 19 to 20 (equal money minus a five percent commission. The Rake is tracked and paid off once you depart the table so ensure you still have cash left over just before you quit). Winning bets on the player pay one to one. Winning bets for a tie normally pay 8:1 but sometimes nine to one. (This is a bad wager as a tie occurs less than 1 in every 10 hands. Avoid betting on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly greater for 9:1 vs. 8 to 1)

Wagered on correctly baccarat offers fairly decent odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Strategy

As with all games baccarat chemin de fer has some familiar misunderstandings. One of which is similar to a misconception in roulette. The past isn’t an indicator of future events. Recording previous results on a chart is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our stationary desires.

The most accepted and definitely the most successful method is the one, three, two, six technique. This technique is deployed to maximize earnings and limit risk.

Start by betting one dollar. If you succeed, add another to the two on the game table for a sum total of three units on the second bet. Should you win you will retain six on the table, subtract 4 so you keep 2 on the third wager. If you succeed on the third round, deposit 2 to the four on the game table for a total of 6 on the 4th bet.

Should you don’t win on the initial round, you take a hit of 1. A win on the 1st bet followed by a hit on the second causes a hit of two. Success on the initial 2 with a loss on the third provides you with a gain of 2. And success on the initial 3 with a defeat on the fourth means you experience no loss. Succeeding at all 4 wagers gives you with 12, a take of ten. This means you can not win on the second bet 5 instances for every favorable streak of 4 bets and still balance the books.
